his legal notice contains the general conditions governing access and use of this website, which is owned by the Council of Ourense.

The use of the website implies the express and full acceptance of these general conditions in the version published at the time the user accesses it, without prejudice to the specific conditions that may apply to some of the contents or specific services of the website.

 

Use of the portal. The website http://geoatlantic.eu/ provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to the GeoAtlantic project or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content.

In this registration the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as, for example, chat services, discussion forums or news groups) offered through its portal and not to use them for (i) illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, apology for terrorism or an attack on human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Name of the company that created the website , of its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems on the network that may cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. Name of the company that created the website reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that violate youth or childhood, public order or security or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, the Council of Ourense will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by the users through the forums, chats, or other tools of participation.

 

Intellectual and industrial property rights. The Council of Ourense is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its web page, as well as the elements contained in it (images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, combinations of colours, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by the Council of Ourense or its licensors.
