11 Jul Field work begins to measure the geothermal potential of the subsoil of the city of Ourense

Concello de Ourense and Instituto Tecnológico y de Energías Renovables de Tenerife agreed this Thursday to jointly develop this summer a potential plan for the use of geothermal energy in this city. “This plan is called to be a tool of axuda to the development of xeothermic projects in the city, especially in the zones of greater thermal presence, poñendo in value or binomial thermalism and sustainable energy, as differentiating elements of Ourense in the European space”, points out the Council to the matter.
